Business Operations Manager supporting the Strategic Vertical Sales Organization.


Primary areas of responsibility:


Demand Management

Project and new DIN Ramps – program level tracking and analytics

Co-own the demand forecast with the GAM’s, review and challenge key assumptions

Understand the nature of the business/segments to help provide management with key insights from data analytics

Business Management

Prioritize Critical Supply Escalations -1st line of defense to review and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Liase with the asset management team for Channel Inventory and WOI

DIN KPI Management


Primary Requirements –

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or Sales Support Excellence in multinational companies.
  • Previous Semiconductor experience
  • Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams across multiple organizational boundaries. Experience with managing and collaborating with international teams.
  • Experience with implementation of high tech CRM tools such as Model N, and ERP applications such as SAP, and other revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing a team in a fast paced, global environment. Program management experience is an added advantage.
  • Speaks and writes with clarity, brevity, and purpose; explains areas of expertise clearly and confidently to others; influences and engages leadership with authority and confidence. Shows energy and passion when presenting thoughts and ideas.
  • Develops and shares subject matter expertise, business knowledge or best practices. Asks strategic questions to gain a deeper understanding of the business. Takes appropriate actions based on the needs of the business and customers. Advocates for greater good of the company and its people.
  • Strong executive presentation skills, ability to explain complex analytical concepts to executives.
  • Takes a situational analytical approach, strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • High accountability, proactivity, diligence, and responsiveness. Ability to work tight deadlines with demanding senior business leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
