• Manage product and marketing strategy and road-map for automotive wireless power charging products. 
• Take ownership of world-wide engagements with select automotive customers (OEM & Tier 1), reference design partners, and Sales/FAE supporting automotive accounts to increase design-ins, improve demand creation and maximize market share.
• Analyze the automotive market and provide inputs to the strategy and new product introduction (NPI). 
• Evaluate opportunities to enter new target customers for wireless charging 
• Perform tactical product marketing functions for targeted set of wireless charging products for the automotive market. 
• Collaborate with different groups and work closely with the systems engineering to drive systems solutions, operations, product management, R&D, and ensure WPC (Wireless Power Consortium) compliance.
• Own the creation, positioning, dissemination of product marketing collateral (promotional and training) with tools on the web, via sales and distribution channels.
• Manage pricing and revenue forecasting.



• Over 10 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry with high exposure to automotive, power management and/or wireless charging technologies
• Work experience with global customers, partners and collaboration with internal teams
• Involvement in NPI teams driving and creating leading edge devices.
• Experience in introducing new power management products to a variety of markets 
• Experienced in leading/coaching cross-functional and international teams
• Analytical capabilities
• Self-motivated and flexible
• Team player, organized, disciplined, persistent and motivated
• International and domestic travel required, up to 20%

• Takes ownership and has a high level of integrity
