Roles/Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing Strategic Automotive local Tier 1 accounts for West Region of India.
- Develop relationship with Tier 1 Management, to align priorities, local business plans and drive design wins.
- Management of Design-in target setting to Mid-Term-Plans to Short-Term Budget achievement.
- Manage the day-to-day activities direct as well as through distribution, required to maximize revenue and drive customer satisfaction associated with supported businesses.
- Drive new design activity using cross sell / combo sell approach and achieve established revenue growth goals for West Strategic Automotive accounts.
- Think strategically to focus on the highest growth opportunities and ROI.
- Discuss technically with customer engineers to design-in technology on new design opportunities.
- Work with customer team and internal supply chain to generate most accurate forecast to ensure the correct product is available when customers need it.
- Grow and foster the relationships across West Tier 1 customers which include executive leadership, engineering leadership and design engineers, along with Renesas internal teams.
- Work with Renesas FAE team and internal Marketing to implement customer penetration plan.
- Analyse competition and increase market share to grow deeper at customers in the region.
- Identify and pitch-in key and competitive semiconductors products from Renesas’ portfolio as best fit for potential opportunities with the customer.
- Work with Renesas Marketing & Solutions Team in creating informative presentations for specific potential customers.
Qualifications/Skills:
- University degree or equivalent, an Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of account penetration via design win and revenue capture 8+ years technical selling experience required with a strong direct and distribution track record, especially experience in working with Automotive customers on product promotion, pricing, forecasting, and analysis.
- Technical Background and ability to present technical solutions internally and externally.
- Electronic system knowledge and ability to identify required products in a system.
- Able to focus on a targeted list of accounts.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to perform analyses and present results.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel.
