Sales Ops Analyst Staff

REPG is looking for a highly-motivated individual to fill a key and high visibility position within the team.


This position will be responsible in providing sales operations support for the WW Sales team and in particular, in administering and managing Sales Commission for the US Reps, Global Customer Master Data, Sales Funnel Management, and Sales/Business Analytics and Reporting (both periodic and ad-hoc requests).


The analyst’s responsibilities include ensuring proper set up of new Reps according to the terms of the Rep Agreements.  Develop strong relationships with all the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Reps but maintain an objective mind in evaluating their performance as a group.  Maintain good business controls to ensure correct setup of Customer Master in REPG systems and tools such as SAP and Model N.  Build a solid understanding on the Sales funnel management process and work closely with the Sales team to  ensure high data quality in the funnel management system. 



US Rep Commission

  • Work with Legal and RSMs to develop contracts for Reps and ensure the Rep agreements are constantly reviewed and kept up-to-date.
  • Ensure accurate territory assignments according to the contractual terms, new split requests are processed in a diligent and timely manner, and thorough validation of the monthly payout and reconciliation files to understand the key drivers for payout fluctuations before the final payout.    
  • Ensure the Reps are properly trained on REPG processes and Sales tools or applications.

Global Customer Master Data

  • Administer the addition/deletion/change in Customer Master Record (such as company names, ship-to or sold-to names and/or addresses, incoterm, etc.) in SAP and Model N. 
  • Ensure adherence to the approval hierarchy for amending customer information in REPG systems.
  • Ensure a valid Parent ID (PID) is assigned to Opportunities/Registrations in the Sales Funnel with Design-In/Design-Win status and End Customers in POS Debit if a PID has not been assigned.  
  • Resolve POS workflow resulting from unassigned PID (PID = A000) from the weekly POS report submission to enable correct revenue recognition by Tier Account.  Workflow should be reviewed on every Monday/Tuesday.
  • Ensure timely submission of Distribution POS and Inventory reports from POS channel and POP/Stocking Reps. 

Sales Funnel Management

  • Master the Sales Funnel processes and work with Sales to ensure good compliance of the funnel process management and high data quality in the Sales funnel so the funnel can be used for future revenue prediction.  
  • Review the health of the Sales funnel on a regular basis, identify and validate Opportunities that resulted in major fluctuations in the Sales funnel. 
  • Develop an automated report in Qlikview to track Design-In to Design-Win Conversion and identify major Opportunities to follow-through for Design-Win Conversion. 

Others responsibilities

  • Provide periodic and ad hoc analysis and reporting to assigned departments on as needed basis.
  • Provide support to internal and external auditors by means of process walk-through and/or furnish requested process documentation or business records where applicable. 



  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Power Point Presentation skills along with other MS Office products.
  • Analytical individual with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive, team player and tactful.
  • Good communication skills in English and takes the initiative to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Candidates with experience or knowledge in Model N Revenue Management System or SAP will have added advantage.
