Sales Operations Analyst (SIP Administrator)

 

REPG is looking for a highly-motivated individual to fill an important position within the team.

 

The primary functions of this role include the administration of the Sales Incentive Plan for Renesas Sales org and DDRP commission calculation.

 

This position is critical to provide continued support on Sales Incentive Plan management, ensuring proper set up of the quarterly quota plans and MBO goals as well as to provide thorough validation on the quarter-end results and payout calculations before the final payout is released to the eligible employees.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the setup of quarterly Sales Incentive Plan and validate all calculations before the final payout.
  • Work with the Sales/FAE Managers to define Specific DIN Opps goals and MBO goals for their Sales/FAE employees.
  • Ensure the agreed revenue growth quotas for Geos and Specific Accounts are updated in SPIT for all Sales employees.
  • Ensure all MBO goals are entered according to the MBO weighting guidelines and the goals are maintained in the MBO tools (Opty Picker/MBO/MBO Summary).
  • Validate all DIN/DWIN Opty swap requests in Model N and ensure all approved swap requests are updated in Opty Picker tools, MBO Summary and SIP tool.
  • Validate the Proof of DIN attachment for Design-In Optys (Model N and Bamboo) and ensure all Desgin-In Optys are attach with Proof of DIN attachment.
  • Validate the Design-In approval in Bamboo and ensure the final approval is by PL.
  • Update the score for Design-In Optys that do not provide Proof of DIN attachment in Model N and Bamboo in SPOT.
  • Work with Regional Ops to obtain 1H/2H DIN$ quota for Sales/FAE and load into MBO goals.
  • Validate the DIN$ quota results provided by Regional Ops and update the score in MBO Summary.
  • Validate Quarter-End results in MBO Summary and ensure the same scores are updated in SPIT.
  • Add/remove/edit employee profile (role and org hierarchy) in SPIT using Maintain Employee Data functionality based on HR SIP Headcount report.
  • Set up new hire SIP plan in SIP tool using Enter Assignments function.
  • Load SIP data (Revenue, HR, and Exchange Rate) in SIP tool using Funky Monkey function.
  • Audit SIP/SPOT tool users and remove the Sales/FAE who has left the company or transfer to other dept.
  • Work with vendor on SIP/SPOT tool enhancement to support new SIP plan.
  • Responsible on SIP/SPOT tool testing and provide feedback to vendor.
  • Work with REL HR to provide the final SIP payout amount.
  • Administer and compute the payout for DDRP (Distribution Design Registration Program) for participating Distys.
  • Track Direct billings and Disty POS to determine eligible DDRP revenues based on the Registrations approved for DDRP.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel and MS Access skills along with other MS Office products.
  • Analytical individual with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English.
