This position is in our Technology Development Group.  This position will require the candidate to be based in our Palm Bay, Florida location but we are open to candidate working remotely.  The candidate will work on modelling of advanced Power Devices in state of the art BCDMOS process and discrete processes.  It will require the candidate to have knowledge of following skills.  

1. Device Modelling and Engineering: Experienced in modelling of semiconductor devices.  It is mandatory for the candidate to have modelled device in BCDMOS technologies.  Candidate should have used modelling software similar to Keysight MBP and be well versed with SPICE models that are based on HISIM and BSIM.  It is preferred to have knowledge of power semiconductor devices such as LDMOS, BJT and Power diodes with blocking voltage ranging from 5 – 150V.  
2. Process Engineering : Should have experience working closely with BCDMOS technology.  It is preferred to have experience working with external foundries including tasks like technology transfer.  Candidate should also know about process variation and tasks impacting yield.
3. Circuit Simulations: Candidate will be creating models for circuit simulations and it is required that they themselves are capable of doing spice like simulations on basic circuit blocks.
4. Layout : Should be experienced with device layout using tools such as Virtuoso.  Knowledge of Pcell creation using Skill code is preferred.  

Besides the above skills the preferred candidate will also be adept in design of experiments, device characterization, modelling and data analysis.  The candidate is expected to go through characterization cycles and should be familiar with Keysight automated parametric testers and s-parameter test sets.  The candidate will need to have good communication skill and be expected to present their work in clear and concise manner.  This position prefers the candidate to have experience managing the work of other people either as a mentor or as a supervisor.

1. MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Solid State Physics.  
2. 10+ year experience modelling devices in BCD technology
