The Probe/Assembly/Test support engineer will be responsible for providing technical support of operations in the Probe/Assembly/Test Area. The support shall include analysis of results, troubleshooting electrical / mechanical fixturing / test equipment, software development, database management, and communicating updates to the engineering management. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates the ability to analytically define problems, develop solutions, and evaluate results
  • Experience in analyzing problems, making recommendations and implementing solutions.
  • Utilize product understanding to triage and resolve equipment / yield issues.
  • Ensure compliance with documented procedures.

  • Fully understands issues/situations and can effectively represent team or company.


Skills and Experience:

  • 4 year Technical Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, and/or EE
  • Masters Degree in related Engineering is a plus
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in high tech environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Capable of interpreting mechanical and electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Able to understand digital and analog circuits from reading schematics
  • Comprehension of statistical principles.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Can develop solutions and debug procedures.
  • Results oriented.
