Description:

- Applications Engineer for Rad-Hard power MOSFETs

- Bench characterization of Rad-Hard power MOSFETs

- Write support documentation for Rad-Hard power MOSFETs

- Perform total ionizing dose (TID) testing at Palm Bay facilities

- Performing single event effects (SEE) testing at Texas A&M University

- Write radiation reports for web placement

- Interface with prospective customers

- Occasional  trips to visit customers and assist marketing

- Occasional conferences to share technical data with customer base

 

Requirements:

- BSEE and five years experience as Applications Engineer

- Experience supporting and applying power MOSFETs

- Experience with JANS power MOSFETs preferred

- Solid knowledge of power MOSFET operation and characterization

- Familiarity with power MOSFET testing equipment

- Familiarity with power MOSFET applications and uses

- Ability to independently execute bench evaluations of MOSFETs

- Ability to work well with cross-functional team on MOSFET development

- Good English verbal and written skills

- US citizenship or permanent residency
