  • Primarily support Business Unit FP&A team, collaborate mainly with R&D, marketing, FP&A and Accounting to drive financial excellency
  • Support financial close process including close related activities, and detailed variance analysis of results versus forecast, Plan, and YoY comparison.
  • Assist in developing strategic plan, annual operating plan and monthly forecasts, periodic goals.
  • Periodic revenue and margin tracking of against forecast and historical trend analysis
  • Maintain and update financial models on a quarterly basis
  • Assist in financial management reporting to support management reviews
  • Participate in system integrations and testing to drive system and process improvements
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as required



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting. 
  • MBA/CPA a plus 
  • 5+ years of finance experience with strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis, and business decision support
  • Semi-conductor background or other manufacturing background preferred
  • Individual should have strong system skills (ERP and other systems) and will be actively involved with reporting and business systems enhancements
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross functional teams and provide analytical/ decision support
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, dependability and accountability
  • Highly advanced knowledge of Excel & financial modeling preferred
  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion is an advantage but not required
