Your Role:


  • Manage Profit/Loss for the entire business division 
  • Develop growth strategy especially – covering roadmap for product portfolio and technology together with business development plan
  • Enable generation and execution of product roadmaps within the product lines of the division
  • Guide overall pricing and costing activities within the division (interaction with customers, sales team, procurement team and suppliers)
  • Lead and manage the Automotive Analog (Sensor) Business by developing and acquiring necessary talents
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the key stakeholder executives where necessary, automotive Tier-1 suppliers, module makers, OEM, manufacturing partners, etc.
  • Play an active role in solving customer problems and provide technical guidance
  • Contribute to Analog and Power BU strategy including strategic partnerships and M&A strategy
  • Synchronize with Sales teams and other Business Divisions in order to synchronize sales strategy and solution combined with other products.
  • Responsible for all operational aspects of the Business Division (marketing, engineering, operations)
  • Accountable for operating within cost budget and meeting revenue budget
  • Provide technical advice to the executive management team
  • Ensure developments of resources to match business requirements by recruiting the right technical skills in the right location.
  • Provide quality leadership to ensure continual development of wider team, creating opportunities for cross learning and advancement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continual improvement across area of responsibility.



Your profile:


  • University degree in Electronics Engineering or similar
  • Several years full P/L management experience (including R&D and SG&A) in the semiconductor industry
  • Ideally have a technical background in IC design, with strong experience managing a multifunctional R&D team
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplined multi-national teams
  • Ability to establish culture of open communications and demonstrate leadership ability for innovation
  • Strong track record of significant revenue growth and gross margin expansion
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Results-oriented and confident, self-starter with high energy, high integrity leader
  • Working effectively across functions and seamlessly help achieve common goals
  • Very Good verbal and written English is required
  • Flexible to undertake international travel at short notice
