(Staff) Analog Design Engineer

 (F/M/D)

based out of our Munich office in Germany

 

To further strengthen our Wireless Power Team at our Munich location we are looking for (Staff) Analog Design Engineer to develop next generation power/mixed signal technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Derive, Develop and implement systems circuit concepts with technical responsibility for
  • implementation of the chip-level architecture
  • product development deliverables (SCM, DfT, Design- and System level documentation, Verification/Validation plan, production handover, etc.)
  • creation of target specification
  • risk mitigation and decisions
  • schedule success and regular reporting
  • Design analog / mixed-signal circuits incl. high-level modeling of circuit and system behavior, design verification and layout coordination.
  • Supporting the Project Manager
  • Support of Test Development, Product engineering and physical design implementation

 

Job Requirements:

  • Master degree or above in electrical engineering, electronics, physics or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC development
  • Familiar with details of product development: design method, design process, CAD Tool, design for test, physical design, system application
  • Profound understanding of CMOS process technologies and device physics, desireable also Bipolar/Bi-CMOS
  • Fundamental understanding of mixed-signal semiconductor devices, analog circuit concepts (regulators, band gaps, oscillators, amplifiers, ADC’s, DAC’s, PLL’s and switched capacitor techniques) and analog signal processing
  • Fluent in English and at least good conversation skills in German
  • Ability to take over responsibility and drive product development
  • Know-how and experience in automotive development process and standards, especially ISO 16949 & 26262 Personal skills
  • Customer focused and result oriented with strong interpersonal / relationship skills
  • Genuine, open minded, down to earth approach
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Team player (local or remotely)
