Title:  Regional Sales Manager - Eastern Europe

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for the revenue in Eastern Europe (incl. Russia), building and maintaining effective relationships with Customers and Distributors in the region to ensure high level of attention and return on investment in order to support increased revenue growth.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Develop a growth strategy for the region and strategic plans for the major customers in the territory and with each Distributor, including measurable KPIs and escalation management towards the business units of Renesas
  • Lead a team of sales and digital / analog & power FAEs to develop the business in the territory
  • Deliver results against key Demand Creation & Sales performance metrics
  • Identification of gaps to goals and implementation of corrective actions
  • Coordination of cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • Forecast sales to customers to support corporate revenue forecasting process
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of various initiatives agreed centrally with the pan-european distributor accounts
  • Responsible for the marketing budget assigned to the region and related activities in alignment with the EMEA Distribution Corporate Account Manager team
  • Lead the distributor quarterly business reviews (QBRs) in the region

 

Your Profile

 

  • Experience as Distribution or Channel Sales at a Semiconductor Manufacturer or at a Distributor
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience developing customer relationships in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience with high performance analog ICs, Power, Connectivity, Sensors and MCUs/MPUs 
  • Experience in Project Management and working with cross functional international teams
  • Excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation, result driven, team player
  • Demonstrated successful business decision making skills that influenced positive results
  • Self-directed, analytical, attention to detail & dedication to quality of work is essential
  • Fluent in English; German, Polish or Russian is a plus.
  • University Degree - preferably in Business, or Business & Engineering or Engineering
