To reinforce our Human Resources Department – Corporate HR, based in Munich, we are looking for a highly motivated  

Expert Talent Management & Recruitment (f/m/d)

 

Responsibilities: 

       Talent Management: 

  • Managing our EMEA training & development strategy (internal, external seminars, qualification measures, team workshops, coaching) in close cooperation with our Headquarter in Tokyo
  • Driving and organizing our EMEA training & development process and keeping our HR system up to date
  • Supporting the development and implementation of individual and functional development plans in close partnership with HR Business Partners
  • Work with HR data and analytics to enable sufficient talent planning

 

       Talent Acquisition:

  • Supporting business by actively sourcing top talent on social media platforms & databases for technical and non-technical positions
  • Screening, interviewing and pre-selecting of candidate pool for job openings 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs, collaboratively consult on topics such as sourcing strategies, candidate attraction, diversity strategy, hiring trends, candidate experience, interviewing process and techniques
  • Establish strong candidate network in the market, build candidate pipeline and candidate pool

 

Requirements: 

  • University degree and several years of experience in recruiting tech talent preferably within the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in managing training & development preferable
  • Passion for developing talents and organizations
  • Solution thinking and able to demonstrate strong initiative and drive, ability to getting things done
  • Excellent planning, organization, presentation & communication skills are paramount
  • Strong team player and networker who is also comfortable working autonomously in a pan-European team setup
  • Fluent English and German skills are mandatory (spoken and written)
