To reinforce our Organization Development  Unit – Human Resource Division based in Munich we are looking for a
highly motivated
Staff Consultant (f/m/d)  - Compensation & Benefit Analyst


Job content:


  • Responsibility for all European compensation and benefit programs and their further development based on organizational objectives and market trends in cooperation with HQ
  • Implement Compensation policies and programs in Europe
  • Manage and operate compensation processes and initiatives such as Short-term incentive program, annual review, budgeting, and salary range analysis in Europe in cooperation with HQ
  • Manage and operate Long term incentive program in Europe in cooperation with HQ
  • Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing salary ranges and benefits
  • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
  • Provide guidance and expertise to Management and HR Business Partner
  • Manage and further develop benefit programs
  • Conduct special compensation projects as requested by management



Your profile:


  • Graduate in economics or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years Compensation experience and exhibited expertise in 1 or 2 Compensation practice areas (e.g., equity, executive, base pay, variable/sales programs), preferably in a large, complex organization
  • Additional, foundational compensation knowledge - benchmarking, job evaluations, market research, compensation reviews, survey benchmarking
  • Ability to understand BU and HR strategy and the alignment with compensation, with the capability to Interpret internal/external requirements and recommends solutions/best practices, and alternatives
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to communicate findings in a clear, concise manner
  • Profound knowledge of Windows, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Team work oriented and good command of English language
