Job Description:

Position is working for a semiconductor manufacturer as an Information Technologist in a dynamic environment and group. You will be part of a Global ServiceNow support team responsible for all aspects of day-to-day support, new module implementation activities, and configuration enhancements.  Solid technical and interpersonal skills are required to ensure all initiatives align with business goals and objectives.  Candidate must be able to interface effectively with users, peers and management to articulate project planning and updates while demonstrating ownership, camaraderie, and attention to detail.


Duties as a member of the ESM & SharePoint Services Team:


• Provide support for day-to-day operational tasks associated with administering an enterprise ServiceNow environment.  This includes, but not limited to, catalog items, incident forms, workflows, E-mail templates, status pages, CMDB imports, MID Server maintenance, ITIL and user training, and platform upgrades.


• Configure, develop, and test new functionality or bug fixes within the ServiceNow platform.


• Play an integral role in new module and functionality configurations and implementations along with providing post implementation support.


• Work directly with various organizations to fully understand their requirements and provide solution recommendations that are efficient, flexible, yet robust.


• Flexible to work outside of local business hours.


Education & Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience



• A minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting ServiceNow (or similar platforms) with at least 2 years developing on the ServiceNow platform.


• Extensive experience with the ITSM module required.  Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules a plus.


• AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience required. 


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.


• Must be able to work effectively with peers in a team-oriented environment, self-starter with strong work ethics, attention to detail, and analytical skills


• Must be able to provide timely updates on the status of key initiatives
