The role will be working hybrid (a blend of onsite and remote)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new product development from initial design phase to full production release
  • Develop test/ Validation plan and test coverage report
  • Perform characterization of new products
  • Perform lab evaluation of electronics components and systems
  • Utilize knowledge of semiconductor fabrication process to support wafer fabrication
  • Validate production test systems
  • Coordinate actions to resolve any qualification failures, both internal and from customer returns
  • Perform data analysis for production limit setting, yield enhancement, product cost reduction and reliability shift analysis
  • Regular interface with external tier1 customer
  • Design and execute reliability test hardware (HTOL and HAST)


Skills Requirements:

  • Experience with bringing new products from definition to production release including characterization and reliability testing
  • Good critical thinking skills to troubleshoot a variety of challenging issues
  • Strong failure analysis techniques to diagnose and improve analog/mixed-signal/power IC's
  • Knowledge of IC manufacturing processes including fab, assembly and test
  • Statistical analysis capability. Knowledge of JMP, Gauge R&R, limit setting
  • Bench evaluation capability. Knowledge of lab set up (power supply, meter, function generator)
  • Good communication, team working, and interpersonal skills are a must
  • High degree of flexibility in managing a volatile and demanding workload is also a must
