Sales Operation Analyst
Location: Milpitas, CA
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting a global sales operation and planning activities for strategic customers. The candidate will play a role with impact in many areas including sales forecasting, supply and demand optimization, and sales operational process improvement. This role will work with cross-functional groups in Sales, Regional Sales Operations, Business Units as well as customers to ensure success of projects. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail oriented individual focused on driving sales velocity and operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for key deliverables including generation reports for sales forecasts, sales performance, and supply plans
- Assist account management teams and customers in providing accurate supply plans for strategic customers
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to drive process improvement for existing CRMs including workflow, reporting, data integrity, and maintenance
- Support various Sales Operations related ad hoc and integration projects
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a technical or business-oriented field
• Minimum 1-3 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, finance, or program management preferably at a high-tech company
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is a must
• Knowledge of Model N, Salesforce, Power BI, or other reporting tools is beneficial
• Self-motivated, able to work independently
