This is an opportunity to join the Renesas Electronics IoT Platform Business Division. As part of this team, you’ll have General Administrative Responsibilities including scheduling, tracking, and organizing daily activities of division level VPs, and support the team activity by doing

what is described below.


What You’ll do

  • Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Provide lobby "back up" support as needed on a rotational basis.
  • Participate on the company's InterActive Committee.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements, and arrange and coordinate meetings and events as well as provide guidance to employees in division/department.
  • Schedule Interviews for the team when necessary.
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Help with general office responsibilities; i.e., ordering office supplies, invoicing as needed, filing, reserving conference rooms, etc.


Skills You’ll Need

  • High school diploma is required. Some college is preferred.
  • 4+ years' related experience, with 3+ years' experience in professional office environment providing support on the executive level required
  • Financial acumen preferred (able to understand and interpret vendor invoices, statements, and other requests for payment).
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; i.e., Word, Excel, basic PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and execute in a culturally diverse organization.
  • Japanese language skills a strong plus.
  • Must be fluent in English.
