Formulate and lead the execution of the promotion strategy and goto market plan for MIIBD products and solutions. Responsible for generating new opportunities and Design-ins with sales.
Overall regional biz dev responsibility covering Americas
 Ability to define winning strategies to break into new markets, customers and applications.
 Able to clearly articulate core technology/product covering application fit for Renesas MIIBD products and solutions.
 Enable and drive sales team to meet design-win goals with training, regular communication, direct customer and distributor promotion. 
 Work with the Biz Dev team to develop detailed understanding of the market requirements and competition offerings to drive a successful product roadmap.
 Ability to provide a complete overview of MIIBD solution offering covering product, SW and in-house or partner solutions 
 Provide marketing collateral that informs and influence sales, partners, distributors and key customer decision makers 
 Understands overall semiconductor/MIIBD market including competitive positioning in order to propose fighting strategies to help increase Renesas market share.


15+ years relevant industry and business experience; 5 years' management experience plus:

 Agile leader/business driver with good mix of commercial and technical experience
 Experience of creating winning business strategies enabling overall business growth
 Able to demonstrate strong initiative and drive, ability to get things done.
 Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
 Strong technical background and understanding of embedded systems, latest technologies as well as major application segments e.g. IoT, Smart Home, Industrial and other key embedded applications.
 Solid Product & Segment Marketing knowledge and capability
 Good team player with ability to work in local and global team
 Ability to travel extensively for business development and promotion activities
 Excellent presentation and organization skills 
 Proven track record of driving team of professionals to achieve business goals    



BSEE, BSCS or equivalent is essential; MSCS or MBA is a plus
