• Serve as a subject matter expert in the latest SiGe, SOI and GaAs technologies 
• Provide technical leadership through hard-to-solve design problems
• Lead schematic design, layout, tape-out and engineering validation of design
• Lead a team projects from concept to product release
• Innovate new IP and support feasibility studies for new product development
• Coordinate product development with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on validation to debug & understand design sensitivities prior to hand off to Product Engineering


• 10+ years of industrial RF/Analog IC design and development experience or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience with SiGe, SOI and GaAs foundries
• RF design and product release experience in amplifiers, switches, attenuators, multi-chip modules
• Design experience in OpAmps, bandgaps, LDO's, and digital control circuitry
• Extensive knowledge in ADS and/or Cadence with EM experience in HFSS and Momentum, or similar
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and effective team work
• Solid lab equipment know-how and possesses strong debug, solve and/or innovate around problems
• Able to work independently and together within a team environment
• Solid organizational skills with attention to details
• Curious and aspires to overcome design challenges – driven to learn and succeed personality
- Experience with high power, high IM3, low loss SOI will be highly considered



• BSEE  + 12 years
• MSEE + 10 years
• Ph.D.  + 7 years
