New College Graduate

Our Global Industrial and Robotics Strategic team is looking for a talented engineering(EE,CE) graduate to join our team as a Field Sales Engineer in the greater Boston area. Our team works with market leading industrial customers to provide them with technical solutions that will enable our sales growth.. The successful candidate will work directly with our America’s Global Industrial Strategic Team. A new team member working with our team can expect to learn our product portfolio offerings and differentiation features, as you work with your customer’s entire organization(engineering, product management, global supply chain and executive decision makers) to help them enable our solution in their end products.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Quickly become familiar with Renesas product portfolio
  •  Interface professionally with customers to understand their technical needs and challenges
  •  Work collaboratively with other Global Account Managers, Field Sales Engineers, Field Applications Engineers, distribution partners and product engineers to architect the best solutions for customers, including block diagrams, schematics, simulations, etc
  •  Attentively help customers with issues encountered during implementation, testing or production of their solution
  • Grow sales funnel and revenue 2x the market



  • Engineering Degree Required, electrical or computer engineering.
  • Self Starter with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Basics in analog circuit design and analysis, including schematic capture, circuit analysis, simulation and thermal analysis
  • Motivated, Responsive and Driven Personality required with strong organizational skills
