The Talent Partner will provide expertise in talent development for Renesas’ populations in the Americas. They will collaborate with the business and HRBPs to develop, retain and progress talent. 

 

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, managers and employees to design, develop and deliver bespoke learning solutions and workshops
  • Drive activation and adoption of Renesas culture across Americas through design and delivery of bespoke development and tailoring of talent processes.
  • Work with HRBPs to champion and build manager capability to have great career conversations and build practical development plans
  • Identify appropriate coaches for management and leadership
  • Partner with our analytics team to understand and drive action from talent data to improve development of key talent
  • Ensure the successful launch and delivery of all performance review processes
  • Partner with systems teams to ensure correct learning systems are in place  
  • Lead and support with other Talent programmes and initiatives depending on the priority focus for the team e.g. compliance, engagement, diversity, feedback
  • Mentor talent administrators in the talent hub – provide feedback and shadowing opportunities

 

Key Performance Measures:

  • Culture survey – positive shift in behavioural change globally across the business
  • Employee retention and engagement survey results
  • Demonstrate ROI of learning initiatives through appropriate metrics
  • Feedback from stakeholders (of all levels) regarding initiatives delivered
  • Successful collaboration, teamwork, relationships and partnerships.
  • Work with defined budget

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Demonstrable subject matter expertise in talent development, organisational culture and change
  • Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skill base - can confidently present and deliver training to audiences virtually and in person
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills
  • Experience of managing multiple projects successfully with strong stakeholder relationship management
  • Internationally minded and commercially intuitive
  • Excellent project management skills and highly organised with the ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience within a technology business would be advantageous
  • Highly preferable: Fluent spoken and written Japanese

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
