For this position, the candidate will be part of a Global ServiceNow support team responsible for all aspects of administering, configuring, and implementing an Enterprise ServiceNow environment.  They will be a key member of the Global IT Operations Support team with primary focus in Asia and working with other ServiceNow developers to standardize all of Renesas on ServiceNow as the chosen Enterprise Service Management solution.  


【Job Responsibilities】

Provide support for day-to-day operational tasks associated with administering, configuring, and implementing an enterprise ServiceNow environment.  

  • This includes, but not limited to, catalog items,
  • incident forms,
  • workflows,
  • e-mail templates,
  • status pages,
  • CMDB imports,
  • MID Server maintenance,
  • ITIL and user training,
  • platform upgrades,
  • module expansion activities to meet the needs of the business.


【Required Skills and Work Experience】


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting ServiceNow (or similar platforms) with at least 2 years developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Extensive experience with the ITSM Module
  • AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience required



  • Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules
