Background of Recruitment:

Renesas is delivering comprehensive solutions named “Winning Combinations” with Renesas’ complementary product portfolios of Analog + Power + Embedded Processing work together, focus on verticals including industrial, infrastructure, automotive, and consumer segments to service more customers and partners worldwide.
The requirements for the system are becoming more sophisticated and diverse, so it is necessary to design and verify the entire system as mixed signal considering digital and analog circuits.
In order to develop and utilize these technologies, human resources with skills and knowledge related to EDAs for mixed signal design and  verification are required.

 

Responsibilities:

Development of design methodology and technology for semiconductors (MCU(Micro Control Unit), SoC(System on a Chip), Analog, PowerDevice) and support application of EDAs to actual designs
- Technology development for related mixed signal circut design, physical design, circuit simulation and circuit verification
- Technology development for SI(Signal Integrity), PI(Power Integrity), EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) and EMS(Electromagnetic Susceptiibility) analysis
- Technology development for electrical, heat and stress  co-design and analysis
- Consultant and support for designers using above new technologies

 

Required Skills and Work Experience:

MUST

- Experience of using and developing for EDA(Electronic Design Automation) or CAD(Computer Aided Design) (Circuit/Layout Entry, Circuit Simulator,Layout Verification, Electromagnetic Field Analysis)
- Basic knowledge about semiconductor desing and verification 

- English skill (TOEIC score around 600)

WANT

- Basic knowledge about operation sysytem and programming (Linux, Perl, Python, C, C++ and others)
- Experience in development of electrical, analog or digital circuits
- Basic knowledge about EMC(Electromagnetic compatibility), heat and stress
