［Background of Recruitment］

As the importance of test standardization has been recognized in each product family, and the demand to reduce test costs and

evaluation/test development man-hours has become stronger, the demand for test platforms has been increasing.

In addition, the number of product families is also expanding (*), and we are looking for engineers who are engaged in test platform

development to meet these demands.

*: Product families RH850, RL78, RX, RA, RE, R-CarGen4, Gen5, R-CarU5x, C5x, MMIC+, UWB

［Responsibilities］

Test platform development (any of the following tasks)

①Test policy including IP and test method/condition study and guide creation

②Development of test specification automation tools (generation and checker)

③Tester channel allocation and test tool design to achieve massively parallel testing

④Efforts to reduce test costs and evaluation/test development man-hours

［Required Skills and Work Experience］

［Must］

　 Experience in any of the following

　 ①Experience in LSI testing related work

　 ②Communication skills

　 Experience in any of the following

　 ①Experience in test specification creation ・Experience in test pattern creation ・Testing knowledge (HW, SW)

　 ②Experience in product evaluation ・Experience in process development/evaluation ・Experience in test jig and tool design
