[Role and Responsibility]

・Technical research for xEV system and creation of future trend forecast
・MCU product spec definition based on xEV system trend
・Business acquisition for new product for xEV market and collateral preparations

Renesas keeps No.1 position in worldwide Automotive MCU market since long time, and aims to grow more for the future as a solid ground of Renesas business.  XEV market is one of Renesas focus area as the highest growing market. It is significantly important to follow this rapid growing market which enhance and optimize  the current system. We Automotive MCU Marketing team is a KEY for success in the market by defining competitive MCU through future xEV trend analysis based on the knowledge of today’s system.  We are looking for new colleague who have strong motivation to develop xEV MCU market with us.

[Required Skills and Work Experience]

Must

・English skill for global communication (within Renesas and with customer)
・Working experience in xEV system( moter/BMS/DCDC,etc) for automotive electrical control arena
・Basic knowledge of automotive MCU product

Want

・Working experience in Product Marketing, Market Analysis for MCU
・Working experience of technical support for automotive MCU

Language

・English : daily conversation level .TOEIC score around 600 (must), 730(want).
・Japanese : Business level
