［Background of Recruitment］

Our business division will develop catalog IPD (intelligent power devices). They are also called high side switches.

Each has their specific roles and accountability in order to enable success product definition.

The product architect’s job purpose is:

・IC product architect for Intelligent power devices/switches for automotive and adjacent industrial applications

・Create and own product requirements document (PRD) encompassing the device design, package, validation, test, characterization, and qualification

・Create specification compliance matrix (SCM) and be the technical lead for achieving compliance to the product requirements

・Create product datasheet (DS)

・Develop IC behavioral models to describe the required IC behavior

・Influence core technology roadmap – IP, process technology, test and package

・Act as the technical conduit between systems architects and product execution teams

［Responsibilities］

・Technically lead the IC product execution team.

・Drive technical collaboration and discussion among all execution team functions and understand every IC cost contributor.

・Make rational technical tradeoffs to drive lowest cost implementation.

・Collaborate with systems architect in customer engagements as needed.

・Collaborate with chip architect to enable the most optimal design.

・Collaborate with test architect to enable the most optimal test solution.

・Collaborate with project manager to enable timely product and without delays.

・Collaborate with systems manager to drive product roadmaps and technology needs.

・Benchmark state-of-the-art products in the market.

・Lead technical debug of IC bugs.

［Required Skills and Work Experience］

［Must］

　 - BSEE+8 years, MSEE +5 years

　  - Deep experience, knowledge and skills in IC development

　  - In-depth experience with development and managing requirements

　  - Excellent teamwork and technical leadership in multiple projects

　  - Track record of successful new product execution

　  - Strong communication, technical presentation and documentation skills

　  - Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity

　  - Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure

　  - Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice

　  - Strong communication/interpersonal skills

［Want］

　 - Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and lab debug skills

　 - Familiarity with design, test, and validation tools
