［Background of Recruitment］

We aim to be the world's third largest embedded semiconductor manufacturer with revenues of over USD 20 billion by 2030. To achieve this, we will further expand our current product portfolio. We are seeking a person who can quickly chatch the future trends of automotive applications, define system level requirements, define next-generation semiconductor product planning and products roadmap from those requirements. 

[Role and Responsibility]
- New product planning for automotive analog products
- Research and analyze automotive analog market by application segment to find new market opportunities
- Estimate market size (TAM/SAM/SOM)
- Research and analyze Renesas and competitor positioning in the market (market share, benchmarking)
- Build strategies for new products. Collect customer feedback and validate it
- Product promotion, result analysis and feedback to new product idea
- Propose a business plan (sales plan, product families, target specifications, product roadmap)

［Required Skills and Work Experience］

［Must］
- Working experience in Product Marketing, Market Analysis, Strategic Marketing
- General knowledge of marketing and analog semiconductor products
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Team spirit and leadership in a global organization
- English skill for global communication (within Renesas and with customer)

［Want］

- Automotive semiconductor experience
 - Background in analog, power management and knowledge of microcontroller

［Required Language Skills］
