■職務内容

　●半導体回路設計者と協調して、製品のコストと性能を最適化する半導体パッケージ設計
　●半導体パッケージ基板とプリント基板（リファレンスデザイン）のパターン設計
　●半導体パッケージやプリント基板（リファレンスデザイン）の技術動向を調査し、次世代半導体パッケージに必要な設計技術開発

　東京都国分寺市

■人材要件

　MUST

　●ルネサスカルチャー（Transparent, Agile, Global, Innovation, Entrepreneurial）を理解し、自ら実行できる方
　●半導体パッケージ設計もしくはプリント基板設計の経験

　WANT

　●半導体メーカーで本業務を経験（3年以上）
　●高速/高周波(G帯)電気設計の経験（3年以上）
　●電磁界シミュレーション（HFSS, Q3Dなど）の経験（3年以上）
　●高周波回路シミュレーション（ADS, HSPICEなど）の経験（3年以上)
　●電気特性評価(VNA、インピーダンスアナライザ、EMC全般など)の経験(3年以上)

　必要な語学

　　英語　TOEIC 500点以上

　日本語　ビジネス会話ができる
