当社では、IGBT、SiCやパワーMOSなどのパワーデバイス事業拡大を計画しています。これらの次世代プロセス開発や生産能力増強（大口径化や生産委託）などのプロジェクトを推進するリーダー候補となる人材を募集します。

■職務内容

パワーデバイス・プロセス開発

・構想検討から量産技術確立までのウェハプロセス開発エンジニア
・デバイス構造設計や200mmウエハプロセスフロー構築
・要素プロセス技術（ウエハプロセス）、製品設計、品質保証など多部門との連携

■勤務予定地

　山梨県甲斐市/茨城県ひたちなか市

■人材要件

MUST

・半導体デバイス構造設計やプロセス開発経験　３年以上
・200mmウェハプロセス開発経験　３年以上

WANT

・パワーデバイス（パワーMOS）開発経験　２年以上
・TCADシミュレーションスキル
・TEGレイアウトスキル
・デバイス電気特性評価スキル
