　ルネサスでは、ISO9001やIATF16949に基づいた品質マネジメントシステム(QMS)を構築し運用しています。Intersil、IDT、Dialog、Celenoとの統合に伴い、One RenesasとしてのQMSの構築を目指しています。品質保証プロセスや、製品開発プロセスなどに関して、既存の仕組みにとらわれず、あるべき姿を追求し、グローバルに統合されたQMSを実現するための人材を募集します。

【職務内容】

１．グローバルに展開する海外チームとのQMS統合

• 企業買収により統合した海外チームとのQMS統合の検討

２．ISO9001/IATF16949ならびに製品開発プロセスに関する社内規格の管理

• 規格の制定/改正/廃止に関する方針策定、規格作成、メンテナンス

３．ISO9001/IATF16949に関連する業務

• ISO9001/IATF16949に基づくプロセス体系の改善
• 内部監査の計画・実施・報告書作成
• 外部審査の計画・対応・拠点サポート・報告書作成

【必須要件】

• QMSに関する業務経験(3年以上)
• ISO9001に関する知識
• 製品(ハードウエア)の開発プロセスに関する知識

【歓迎要件】

• IATF16949に関する知識
• 文書作成能力/折衝力/論理的思考力

【語学力】

• 英語　：日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)
• 日本語：ビジネス会話ができる
