[Background of Recruitment]

   With the recent acceleration of the electrification of automobiles, the demand for next-generation power devices is increasing. Our company has been highly trusted

and evaluated by customers in the automotive and industrial fields, and we are now considering the development of next-generation products and business expansion.

Due to the expansion of our business, we are looking for a leader who can execute promotion planning proposals for power devices. Preference will be given to candidates

with knowledge of the power device market and experience in system evaluation.

By strengthening the support system through the hiring of experienced personnel who can work immediately, the company aims to strengthen sales expansion activities

to increase business sales.



・Job Description: Power devices Product marketing and planning work for products (IGBTs or MOSFETs)

 - Target products: Power MOSFET, IGBT/FRD

 - Main Responsibilities:

  A leader in product planning and specification design for promotion activities for customers and product planning activities for new products (business plans, specification

  development, technology trend research) in a department that handles power device application & products planning systems.

  Planning/development of Reference designs and demonstration systems


[Required Skills and Work Experience]


・Experience in negotiating with customers through sales expansion activities and troubleshooting experience (with customers) (10+ years of experience)

・Market knowledge of the entire automotive/industrial power device industry (10+ years of experience)


・Experience of evaluation for Power electronics circuit technology with power devices (IGBT/MOSFET) (10+ years of experience)

・Basic knowledge of physical operation of power devices
