Background of Recruitment:

Currently, low-end MCU business has large sales and profits.
Especially, 32-bit MCU market is expected to expand rapidly at the endpoints with the spread of IoT. 
In order to further expand the low-end MCU business, it is essential to expand low-end MCU line-up (especially 32-bit MCUs) that are suitable for this market change.
Under such a situation, we will grasp the true needs and issues of customers, consider hardware and software product specifications, and communicate with customers (Customer Validation) not only for existing business areas but also for new business expansion. 
I have high expectations for talent who can formulate and execute product strategies and sales expansion strategies.



Product marketing of low-end MCU (100MHz or less, 16bit / 32bit)
In order to expand the business in the 32-bit MCU market, which is expected to expand rapidly in particular, we will formulate product strategies and sales expansion strategies in collaboration with sales departments, business development department, design departments, solution development departments, etc.

Product strategy planning
・ Product roadmap formulation

    ・ Market research, customer trends, needs and issues research
    ・ Target market selection
    ・ Survey of competitors
    ・ Product specification planning, pricing strategy planning
        ・ Value proposal
        ・ Examination of detailed specifications with the design department
    ・ Communication with customers (Customer Validation)
    ・ Planning sales plan
    ・ Solution and tool planning

Sales expansion strategy planning
・ Promotion of GTM (Go to Market) plan
・ Planning and preparing of sales promotion contents
・ Market development


Required Skills and Work Experience:


・ Proposal and negotiation ability and communication skill to customers and sales departments
・ Skill to study specifications with the design department
・ Basic knowledge about each function of MCU
・ Basic marketing knowledge


・ MCU product marketing experience
・ Semiconductors technical support for customers or FAE experience
・ MCU sales promotion experience
・ Experience in system proposals to customers
・ Product knowledge about MCUs and peripheral parts
・ Experience using MCU development tools
・ Solution planning experience
・ MCU design experience

・ English skill level: Daily conversation level (TOEIC score around 600)
