[Background of Recruitment]
Amid a system review called E/E architecture that accompanies the computerization of vehicles, the market for
in-vehicle analog products as an interface that connects ECUs (Electronic Control Units) such as actuator control,
sensing, and power supply management to the outside world is rapidly expanding.
As an in-vehicle analog business, we are looking for human resources who have analog circuit technology and
manage product development and design in order to challenge the ever-changing and complicated development
situation and continue to grow.
[Responsibilities]
In the globalized supply chain, analog design products for automobiles are becoming more and more important
in the once-in-a-century structural change of the automobile industry called CASE, such as electrical / electronic,
autonomous driving, and connectivity.
Under these circumstances, study analog product specifications for in-vehicle analog and mixed signal products for
overseas and domestic Tier-1 and OEM customers, manage analog circuit design / test specification, and negotiations
such as specification matching with domestic and overseas customers, technical Q&A.
[Required Skills and Work Experience]

・Over 5 years of analog circuit design experience
・Design leader or development management experience
[Want]
(More than one of the following skills)
・Experience automotive application development
・Basic knowledge about layout
・Experience in designing analog circuits such as OPAMP, BGR, ADC, DCDC, etc.
・Analog circuit testing experience
