半導体前工程　プロセスインテグレーションエンジニア

■募集の背景

半導体産業の成長に伴い、工場での新プロセス・新製品立ち上げ＆量産化業務の拡大によりリソースも拡大する必要があります。
また、量産化後の品質・歩留改善による品質向上&確保・安定生産に対応する必要があります。
よって、本業務をいっそう強化するため、また更に工場の次世代を担う人材を募集します。

■職務内容

【新プロセス・新製品立ち上げ&量産化業務】
・開発部門と協力し、量産ラインでの新規プロセス・新製品の立ち上げ&量産化業務。
【プロセスインテグレーション全般　(半導体前工程製品技術業務)】
・量産品の品質・歩留改善活動
　テスト不良品等の調査・解析を実施し、ウエハプロセス工程へのフィードバック及び対策を検討し実行する。
・生産性改善活動
　生産を阻害する要因に対し、対策を講じて生産性向上を行います。(隘路設備拡大や工程合理化等)
■人材要件

ＭＵＳＴ

プロセスインテグレーション業務経験者　又は、半導体前工程デバイス開発経験者
3年以上の業務経験

ＷＡＮＴ

半導体前工程製造技術に関する業務経験

必要な語学

英語：読み書きができる

日本語：ビジネス会話ができる
