今後の工場の将来を担う新製品量産立ち上げや、生産所要に見合う生産を実現するための改善活動に必要なWETエッチング、CMP工程へのリソース補充が求められている。

■職務内容

WET、CMPプロセス全般
・生産性改善活動
　WETエッチング、CMP装置の生産条件の見直しにより生産性を向上し、生産所要に見合う生産を実現する。
　改善により生産性を向上し、リードタイム改善、設備処理能力向上、仕掛低減を実現する。
・費用削減活動
　安価な部品、材料を開拓し評価、適用を進める。
・品質改善、品質保証
　現状プロセスの問題点を解析しプロセス改良を行う。また、新規プロセスを研究開発して、常に効果的な生産方式の体制を整え、技術水準の向上・生産性の向上を図る。
