Title:  Staff Engineer

Job description

• Responsible for CPU/IP and subsystem design including specification, RTL design and verification
• Manage whole DFT design flow
• Communicate with customers and others team for technical related issue and input/output requirement.
• Train & coach engineers in the team.

Job requirement

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Telecoms/Electronics
• 5+ years design experience in semiconductor, and at least 3 years experience in DFT design/verification.
• At least 1 year experience in project management.
• Knowledge & skill of timing verification or Physical design is the advantage.
• Solid understanding about DFT technique: Memory BIST, Logic BIST, SCAN, Boundary Scan
• Solid knowledge in using EDA tool (ex: Synopsys, Cadence DFT/Simulation tools)
• Have ability in LSI Test cost optimization, balance Test cost and other Cost
• Good written and oral communication & interpersonal skills
• Have good team working skill and good relationship with the others
