Job Description  

  • Sourcing and supply across a wide range of spend categories. This includes hardware, software, services, facilities and office supplies for company operations 

  • Contract negotiation, implementation and management. 

  • Identify cost saving opportunities that will enhance the profitability of the company 

  • Expand the vendor list. Do vendor grading annually and make analysis reports. 

  • Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure a smooth workflow within the procure to pay process and lead process and efficiency improvements. 

  • Budget planning and managing 

  • Prepare and handle all audit checks by Internal and External audits 

  • Monitor outsourcing services (catering, cleaning, gardening, security, rental car) 

  • Resolves internal customer complaints related to GA services and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.  

  • In charge Visa, work permit procedures for expatriates, employees business trips 

  • Prepare GA reports for senior managers, HQ and local authorities if any 

  • Assists in training activities of Group or acts as lecturer for members. Acts as Mentor/Coach of Group 

  • Assist in the development and achievement of departmental goals and objectives. 

Skills & Experience Required 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a high tech procurement environment. 

  • Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline 

  • Procurement System experience but not essential. 

  • Commercially focused and a keen eye for detail with strong analytical & numerical skills. 

  • High level competence in Microsoft Office and other office packages. 

  • Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills  

  • Good organisation and planning skills to organise and present quotations received 

  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work independently on deadlines 

  • High integrity with the ability to demonstrate an understanding and respect for confidentiality and transparence 

  • Willingness to work beyond the call of duty 

  • Effective contributor and team player within and with other departments
