ルネサスは、世界を代表するマイコンのグローバル企業として、組み込みプロセッサを中心に、アナログ&パワー、コネクティビティなどの各種半導体を、自動車、産業、インフラ、IoT分野に提供しています。当社の半導体製品は非常に旺盛な需要が見込まれており、生産ラインの増強を進めてビジネス展開を図っています。競合他社を凌駕するためには継続的な生産性改善と、その施策を盛り込んだ増強を推進しなければなりません。生産性は装置稼働率、出荷までのリードタイム、作業エリアのST（標準時間）の改善が不可欠で、当部門では改善施策の提案、試行、展開に従事しています。今後、より一層の改善業務拡大が予想され、革新的な生産性改善を主導できる経験者を募集しています。

【職務内容】

IE(Industrial Engineering）エンジニアとして以下をご担当いただきます。
生産拠点エンジニアと連携してIE（Industrial Engineering）分析、OEE（Overall Equipment Effectiveness）分析等を行い、下記を推進する。
①生産装置の処理能力の検証、中長期的な能力改善施策の提案と実行。
②生産ライン作業人員数の妥当性検証、中長期的人員改善施策の提案と実行。
③製造コスト解析、検証、中長期的改善施策の提案と実行。

【人材要件】

必須：

①半導体前工程の基本的なプロセスフローを理解していること。
②関係部門との円滑なコミュニケーションをとる能力があること。
③IE（Industrial Engineering）分析スキルを保有していること。
④OEE（Overall Equipment Effectiveness）分析スキルを保有していること。

歓迎：

①EXCELのマクロが使える。
②半導体製造の生産技術業務を経験している。
③理系の4年生大学以上を修了している。

必要な語学要件：

英語：ビジネス会話ができる (TOEIC 700点程度)

日本語：ビジネス会話ができる
