甲府工場 保健師
■募集の背景
甲府工場の再稼働に向けて2023年10月より生産装置の搬入、立上げが開始されるとともに、社員の常駐により執務も開始されます。加えて、ルネサスグループ各生産拠点からも支援者が集まるため、安全衛生面を含めた人的なサポート・ケアが必須となります。
このことから、保健師の経験者を採用し、社員・従業員の健康面の管理に万全を期していきます。特に、工場の再稼働による生産設備立上げという、繁忙感のある中で保健師の役割は大変重要です。是非とも、甲府工場の立上げをともに支えて頂ける即戦力の人財を募集致します。
■職務内容
主な業務内容
・職場巡回等による従業員の健康リスクの早期発見
・従業員面談および保健指導
・従業員啓発活動（セミナー講師、啓発資料作成等）
・その他（急病者対応、従業員の衛生管理データの引継ぎ纏め、衛生データ管理）
■人材要件
MUST
保健師資格があり、かつ実務経験のあること
WANT
保健師資格があり、特にメンタルケアの実務経験があれば歓迎します。
