半導体要素プロセス及び生産技術エンジニア(ホトリソ)

■募集の背景

ルネサスは、脱炭素社会の実現にむけて電力供給や制御を担うパワー半導体の需要拡大を見据え、新たな12 インチウェハのパワー半導体製造ラインとして甲府工場を立ち上げます。
甲府工場の開設によってルネサスのパワー半導体の生産能力は現在の２倍に増強される予定です。
甲府工場は、2024年4月の稼働開始にむけて、2023年の9月にクリーンルームが完成し、10月から順次、設備の搬入、立上げを開始します。
この新しい甲府工場の立上げに参画し、その後の工場運営に携わって頂ける半導体要素プロセス及び装置技術エンジニアを募集致します。

■職務内容

・担当技術分野
　ホトリソ技術（塗布現像装置、露光装置、マクロ外観検査、合わせ検査、測長SEM装置等）

・対象デバイス
　  300mmパワー製品全般
・担当業務
　　パワーデバイス製造におけるホトリソ技術技術分野の業務　
　　・生産設備の立上げ業務（設備導入、ハード立上げ、製造条件出し、製品適用まで）
　　・プロセス技術開発（製造条件の作成、性能改善、最適化、不具合対策等）
　　・生産技術開発（生産性改善・歩留向上、コストダウン推進等）

■人材要件

MUST

・PCでExcel、Power Pointなどのソフトを使って書類作成などの業務ができる方
・高校、高専、大学、大学院等にて工学（電気や機械工学等)、化学、または物理学等を学んでいる方、半導体工学の知識を有している方
・半導体デバイスメーカや半導体装置メーカにてホトリソ技術（塗布現像、露光等)のプロセス技術や装置技術の業務経験を有する方
・ホトリソ技術（塗布現像、露光等)プロセスの半導体製造装置の構造や製造プロセスを理解し、設備の取り扱いやメンテナンスを行う技能や製造条件を作成する技能を有する方。

WANT

・12インチウェハプロセスのホトリソ技術（塗布現像、露光等)の経験をお持ちの方。
・パワー半導体の生産技術、プロセス技術の知見をお持ちの方。
