プラント技術部エンジニアは、当社の国内海外半導体工場の安定稼働や省エネルギーのために、プラント設備の設計企画、更新、維持管理、安全対策、官庁対応などを行ってます。　インフラ環境の整備や、国内海外を横断したプラントシステムの全体最適化によって、生産性向上やコスト削減を実現し、当社事業の競争力向上に貢献する、やりがいのある業務です。

■職務内容

・半導体製造工場のプラントエンジニアとして、ルネサス国内海外工場のプラント設備〔※〕に関わる新規設備建設の設計企画、既存設備の更新・維持管理、安全対策、省エネルギーの推進、官庁対応などを担当。
・部門マネージャーとして、業務取纏めを担当。

　〔※〕プラント設備
　　　　特別受変電設備、空調排気設備、冷凍機・ボイラーなどの冷熱源設備、純水製造設備、排水処理設備、ガス供給設備、冷却水供給設備、安全監視設備など

■人材要件

ＭＵＳＴ

・半導体製造工場のプラント設備に関わるプロジェクトマネージメントの実務経験がある方

ＷＡＮＴ

・電気主任技術者(2種以上）、エネルギー管理士(電気）などの国家資格を取得している方

必要な語学

英語　日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)

日本語　ビジネス会話ができる
