1．職務内容

生産技術エンジニアとして、主に下記の業務をご担当頂きます。
　-　品質、コスト、生産性を考慮した量産プロセスの開発
　-　生産装置の立上げと条件出し
　-　歩留改善、欠陥解析、プロセス課題への対応
　-　生産性改善に関わる評価と実行
　-　原価低減に関わる評価と実行
　-　より高い生産性を実現できる設備投資等の投資戦略立案と実行

２．人材要件（必要スキル・業務経験 等）
（１）必須要件
・本募集職種、およびそれに類する業務経験を有する方
・関係部門を含め円滑なコミュニケーションを取る能力のある方
・成膜技術(CVD,PVD)に関わる設備/プロセスの改善業務経験を有する方"
（２）歓迎要件
・高専・工業高校等以上の学校教育課程において、工学、化学、
または物理学等を修了しており、半導体工学の知識を有している方
・論理的問題解決力を有する方
（３）必要な語学
・英語：読み書きができる
・日本語：ビジネス会話ができる
