■職務内容

　生産技術エンジニアとして、主に下記の業務をご担当頂きます。
　-　品質、コスト、生産性を考慮した量産プロセスの開発
　-　生産装置の立上げと条件出し
　-　歩留改善、欠陥解析、プロセス課題への対応
　-　生産性改善に関わる評価と実行
　-　原価低減に関わる評価と実行
　-　より高い生産性を実現できる設備投資等の投資戦略立案と実行

■人財要件

　MUST
　・本募集職種、およびそれに類する業務経験を有する方。
　・関係部門と円滑なコミュニケーションを図る能力のある方。
　・半導体ドライエッチング技術(酸化膜、SiN膜,メタル膜、Si/polySi等)に関わる設備/プロセス
　　改善業務経験を有する方。

　WANT
　・高専・工業高校以上の学校教育課程において、電気、電子、工学、化学、機械または物理学
　　等を修了しており、半導体工学の知識を有している方。
　・半導体ドライエッチングにかかわる、プラズマ、真空、電気、検査などの技術経験のある方。
　・量産半導体エンジニアとして、前工程プロセス技術経験のある方。

　必要な語学力

　英語：日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)
　日本語：ビジネス会話ができる
