Renesas are seeking a Regional Distribution Account Manager (RDM) will be responsible for the revenue and the relationship with Distribution partners in Israel & Greece. Builds and maintains effective relationships with each Distributor to ensure high level of attention and return on investment in order to support increased revenue growth.


Role Responsibilities


  • Grow the business with each Distributor find measurable KPIs and manage interaction with the business units of Renesas
  • Find new customers and expand business at existing Customers.
  • Manage opportunities, escalations and quotations
  • Forecast sales to support corporate revenue forecasting process
  • Conduct Regular Review of the performance of the Distributors against key targets via QBR.
  • Achieve design and Revenue targets.


Your Profile


  • University Degree - Business & Engineering or Engineering
  • Sales experience in Distribution or Channel Sales at a Semiconductor OEM or at OEM.
  • Preference  5 years’ experience developing customer relationships in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience with high performance analog IC’s, Power and MCU’s 
  • Excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation.
  • Result driven and team player.
  • Self-directed, analytical, proactive  & dedication to quality of work is essential
  • Fluent in English
