The Staff Program Manager will work to lead a cross functional team and will be responsible for coordinating efforts towards major deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. An ability to lead staff that the candidate doesn't have strict hierarchy over is critical to success in this role. Our ideal candidate will also bring a strong work ethic and strong ability to work within an organized system to manage a range of activities required during a development. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form is also crucial to this role. 


The ideal candidates will have 6+ years of experience leading IC development projects. An Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science background is required. 


Location: Tempe, Arizona or Raleigh, NC


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Primary internal point of contact for assigned programs - work with cross functional groups throughout the organization to maintain visibility and support of projects under management
  • Responsible for coordination of program kickoff and ongoing reviews. Deliverables include ROI, Product Cost Model, Project Budget and Schedule
  • Lead internal and external status meetings complete with summary material and notes/actions
  • Support of a regular executive level program status meeting and ROI review for new program kick-off
  • Concisely and effectively communicate strategic and tactical execution status to executive management and cross functional teams



  • Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Physics, or Computer Science
  • 6+ Years of NPI development experience working in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong communications ability - ability to communicate clearly in email and on conference calls
  • Excellent team work, communication and interpersonal skills with both internal teams and external tool vendors
  • Experience with MS suite - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project
