Our Industrial Power team is developing innovative high-density Power Management IC solutions to expand our presence in the fast-growing industrial market. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to manage our LDO and Regulator product lines/segments
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product roadmap based on collaboration with field, customers, leveraging Renesas IP
- Business justification and presentation of new product ideas, meeting product line margin goals
- Responsible for growing product segments’ revenue and profitability
- Actively work with development team to meet product sampling and release milestones
- Actively communicate with management, sales, and operations product development status
- Foster key customer relationships to identify key winning features and lead customers
- Regional and global Industrial market analysis
- Competitor analysis
- Prepare and present product line presentations to field and customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize product development and promotion
- Support field team in resolving technical and business process related problems.
- Regularly communicate changing market conditions with management and colleagues
- Key contributor on strategy, revenue, and gross margin for annual and five-year business planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years’ experience managing and driving power business initiatives along with strategic marketing and product definition for a power management product line
- Technical knowledge DC-DC power conversion for power management applications
- Experience with writing product business justifications, including value proposition, competitor landscape, revenue and gross margin
- Must possess business acumen and excellent writing and presentation skills
- Proven ability to listen to an issue and to identify the best course to solve
- Proven ability to prioritize activities and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; able to balance marketing skills with solid relationship building
- Personable, with ability to develop rapport and trust with colleagues, management, field, and customers
- Travel is required to engage with the sales force and with customers to promote products and determine future product needs
