We are seeking a New College Graduate mixed signal IC Design Engineer for our mixed signal IC design team.  In this role, the candidate will work with Senior designers to develop high performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for high-performance IC design using the Cadence design environment.

 

Job Duties:

This candidate will interact with other engineers in precision analog IC circuit design and simulation. The candidate will contribute to all aspects of development from product conception to release to production.

 

Candidates should have experience in high precision SAR ADC architecture, analysis, design and simulation.  Knowledge of digital signal processing and digital filters is a plus.  Candidates will work on data converter or high-precision analog design on mixed-signal integrated circuits for Radiation harden and industrial applications.

Candidate will also be responsible for design documentation, silicon evaluation, circuit debugging, production test development support, customer and applications support.  He/she will also be involved in the specification of technology requirements for future products.

 

Requirements

  • MSEE or PH.D student in an Electrical Engineering Program
  • A solid understanding of high precision Analog Circuit Design – SAR ADC Converters, Switched-Capacitor circuits, amplifiers and references.
  • In-depth knowledge of CMOS, LDMOS, and BJT device operation.
  • Proficient in circuit and system simulation tools (Matlab, Cadence) and Office Environment Software
  • Good Communication and Teamwork Skills
  • Highly Motivated and Creative Individuals preferred
