  • Masters of Science in Electrical Engineer, preferably 5-7 years experience
  • Chip-level mixed-signal verification by integration of analog, digital and mixed-signal IP blocks at top-level for DDR4/DDR5 Memory applications
  • Generate, verify and optimize behavioral models of analog blocks dedicated to mixed-signal verification
  • Circuit verification, AMS, Cosims, SystemVerilog, real number modeling 
  • Plan and coordinate analog/mixed-signal verification tasks
  • Interface with design teams, methodology and CAD groups
  • Develop verification test bench components for chip/module level using System Verilog, C & Perl
  • Use high-level language concepts (Object-oriented, UVM/OVM etc) to develop extendable environment
  • Incorporate code-coverage, functional coverage, assertions, cover-groups etc to achieve 100% verification completeness prior to tapeout
