Your Role:
 

• Identify and quantify concrete business opportunities at your customer
• Develop, globally align and execute account strategies and tactics to win business
• Actively promote Renesas products & solutions on your own or together with colleagues
• Coordinate the account activities globally
• Develop & maintain relationships to relevant contacts and departments on all levels of the customer organization (incl. top management)
• Report on business development progress and target achievement
• Globally forecast mid-term revenue and design-ins
• Cooperate with other departments and regions to meet objectives

Your Profile:
 

• Engineering University Degree - preferably in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Sound experience as sales engineer or account manager in the automotive arena
• Very good knowledge on semiconductors, especially in MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices
• Ability to lead and develop a customer account aligned with Renesas’ strategy
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player
• Clear and in-time communication and reporting
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• MS-Office skills
